• Order details: your name, email address, optional phone number, chosen plan, number of screens, main device and any notes you add.
• Messages: what you send through our contact form, WhatsApp or email.
• Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser information to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We store the approximate country of an order to help prevent fraud.

We do not ask for, and do not store, payment card numbers on this website.

How we use it

• To process your order, send your login and provide support.
• To remind you before your plan ends.
• To prevent fraud and abuse of our service.

We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don’t send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Where it’s stored

Order and contact form submissions are stored securely using Cloudflare’s infrastructure, which may process data outside Canada. Access is limited to the people who handle your order and support.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as you’re a customer and for up to 24 months afterwards for accounting and support purposes, then delete it. Contact messages are deleted after 12 months unless they relate to an active order.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time through our contact page. We’ll respond within 30 days.
