These terms apply to your use of iptvonlinechannel.ca and any subscription you order from IPTV Online Channel. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. The service

We provide access to live television channels and on-demand content streamed over the internet, viewed through third-party player apps on your own devices. Channel lineups and on-demand titles can change over time and may vary in availability.

2. Your account

• Your login is for you and your household. Keep it private.
• Each subscription allows a set number of simultaneous connections (screens). Streaming on more devices at once than your plan allows may interrupt playback.
• Reselling, publicly sharing or redistributing your login is not permitted, except through our reseller program.

3. Orders and payment

• Prices are in Canadian dollars and shown on our pricing page.
• An order is confirmed once payment is received. Your subscription period starts on the day your login is activated.
• Plans do not renew automatically.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our refund policy, including the 7-day money-back guarantee.

5. Your equipment and internet

You’re responsible for a compatible device, a player app and an internet connection fast enough for the quality you want to watch. We’ll gladly help with setup, but we can’t control your internet provider or home network.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep the service running smoothly around the clock. Like any online service, there may occasionally be maintenance or interruptions beyond our control. If a significant outage affects your subscription, contact us and we’ll look at a fair extension.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with our systems, or record and redistribute content.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or cancel accounts that break these terms, for example through login sharing beyond the connection limit or fraudulent payments.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription.
